DAILY OPERATIONS
1. 418 Blue Stakes completed.

5. Repaired a two service leaks at Airline/Lambert. Required 8 man hours OT
between the two leaks.
6. Potholed for Public Works on Lon Adams.
7. Replaced Service line on Calle Paint. (Oshrin) Required 3 Man hours OT
8. Repaired Stand Pipe on Sanders. Damaged by vehicle. Required 2 man hours

9. Installed two new 1" service lines on Harold Drive. (Picture Rocks). required 2
man hours OT
10. Installed a new Drain Valve Assembly on Harold Drive. (Picture Rocks).
11. Flushed Water system io the Warfield Circle area due to Fire Department
flushing. 2 days in a row. Required 8 man hours OT total for both days.
12. Potholed water mains in Adonis for a blue stake. Comcast was trenching for new
conduits. Borderland was opening new road for San Lucas. Required 2 Man
hours OT.
13. Installed a temporary non-potable water line at the Heritage house.
14. Installed a temporary service for the airport water system in order to provide
water while Abrams Airborne lowered our 16" main for a culvert.
15. Assisted Abrams Airborne in lowering our 16" main two days total required 16
man hours OT total for both days.
16. Potholed for new service line installation at Airline/Lambert.
17. Installed 2 new service lines in Airline/Lambert. One was 320' total. Area was
rocky. Required 12 man hours'OItota!.
18. Spread AB at Gladden well to fill sink holes and levels site. Spread.AB at
Lambert Hartman Vistas and Oshrin.
19. Routine Maintenance and weeding at all well and booster sites.
20. Several hour working assisting with the Heritage Park well.
21. Called out to Continental Reserve for Voltage imbalance issues. Required 5 man
hours ~T.
22. Replaced one motor and repaired 2 mechanical seals on booster 1 and 3 at
Continental Reserve. Mechanical seals were damaged because pumps cavitated
after power was stabilized.
r' 23. Tested 5 backflow for the Town. Required 3 man hours ~T.
24. Responded to 16 after hours callouts.

25. Meter maintenance. Required 15 man hours OT. Work was done after hours
because of daily work load.
26. New construction inspections at Gladden Phase II (Lon Adams and Heritage
Park Rd), Continental Reserve block 16b, Ironwood Reserve. Continental Ranch
parcels 56,57,& 72, Rancho Marana 154, & Northwest Medical Center.
WATER SERVICE AGREEMENTS BEING NEGOTIATED
1. Noel Earls, Larry Moore, Shelia Moore, J. Lechner, Holualoa and John Lashley.
South of Ina and west of Artesiano Rd.
2. Oasis Development-Addendum to Hartman Vistas
3. Sanders Grove (Diamond Project)
4. Willow Ridge Agreement is pending.
5. Addendum to Vanderbilt Farms is pending.
6. Payson Farms & Fianchetto Farms
7. Addendum for Saguaro Springs (Saguaro Reserve)
OTHER
1. Discussions of regional reliability and terminal storage of CAP. water being
discussed and presented to the CAP. Board of Director for support.
2. A non-potable Master Plan is underway. Discussions with Arizona Department of
Water Resources.
3. Non-potable system and storage are in the discussion, and draft, design stage,
for the east side of 1-10, from Tangerine Rd. to the Pinal County line.
4. Effluent and Marana Wastewater Treatment Plant in discussions with Pima
County and Tucson Water.
5. Flowing Wells excess CAP. allocation transfer in process at Arizona Department
of Water Resources.
6. As of January The Water Department started billing for sewer on our water bills.
7. Rate model completed. .
