WHEREAS, the adoption of a groundwater resource/acquisition fee and revision of the groundwater resource/acquisition fee, water base fees and consumption rates is necessary for a self-sustaining water utility and is in the best interests of the Town of Marana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
