Crippling floods again struck Pima County in January 1993. • 1984 -Law enforcement manhunt resulted in the capture of Frank Jarvis Atwood for the brutal abduction and slaying of a 9-year old. • 1995 -Arson fire destroyed 40 percent of Old Tucson Studios and fire consumed the Hidden Valley Inn. • March 31, 1997 - U. of A.
