MARAN A RESOLUTION NO. 2006-119
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A PRELIMINARY
PLAT FOR CAS A SEVILLA, LOTS 1 - 34.
WHEREAS, Brex Limited Partnership, the owner of Casa Sevilla, has applied for
approval of a preliminary plat for 34 single-family attached and detached homes on 34.65 acres
comprising lots 1 through 34, Common Areas "A" (Private Streets), "B" (Recreational Area),
"C" (Landscape Area), "D" (Drainage and Retention), and "E" (Natural Undisturbed Open
Space), and is generally located at the southwest comer of Tangerine Road and Camino De Oeste
in a portion of Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 12 East; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on August 1, 2006 has
determined that the Casa Sevilla Preliminary Plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Casa Sevilla Preliminary Plat, a 34-10t residential subdivision generally
located at the southwest comer of Tangerine Road and Camino De Oeste in a portion of Section
1, Township 12 South, Range 12 East is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 1 st day of August, 2006.
