MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-130
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE PINES PHASE II.
WHEREAS, MMLA Psomas, representing the owner Title Security of Arizona, Inc. Trust
#969, has applied for approval of a preliminary plat for a 280-lot single-family residential
subdivision on 55.73 acres, including lots 1 through 280, and Common Areas "A", "B", and "C"
is generally located north of Arizona Pavilions Drive, west of the 1-10 Frontage Road and east of the
Santa Cruz River within a portion of Sections 26 and 27, Township 12 south, Range 12 East.; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on August 14, 2006, has
determined that The Pines Phase II preliminary plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that The Pines Phase II preliminary plat, a 280-lot single-family residential
subdivision is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 14th day of August, 2006. ~' ;j
