July 10, .1991 a Public Record. 3. Ordinance 91,,18 Adoptingt Ironwood Specific Plan. Council. Members, 8i11 Schisler, Eddie Honea, .7o Rex, Helen Key and Ora Harn addressed numerous questions to: Mike Grassinger with. the Planning Center, .John Lamanna of Waste Management and .7im Teter of Waste Management. The Council asked that additions, changes and rewording. be made nn specific items of the It-anwood .Specific Plan. F~; motion was made by Eddie Horrea secor-~ded by Helen .Key, and car- tied. unanimously to approve Ordinance 91.18 Adopting Ironwood Specific Plan.. Rotary Clut~, addressed. the Council requesting the exclusive rights use of the Town of Martina Logn for a period of time as 'a fund raiser A motion was made by Doug ~tostyn, seconded by Eddie Honed end carried`. unanimously. to allow members o-~ the public to speak td the Council on this issue. teilani Schisler,'12561 N, White Ave, Martina. Terry Gown addressed tfie Council stating that there is an Ordi- Hance 02.02.01 in the Development Code that spells out haw the commission .would be made up and we would have to make an amend- ment tQ than ordinance and thus issue will be on the Planning anc~ Zoning agenda on October 30th. Terry.:: asked - the council to Tease wait until the amendment comes before the Council. Terry thanked the Councl`for their compli;nents ofi thn Commission. A motion was made by Eddie Honea, seconded by ~a Rex and. carried unanimously that we continue Item D. until the first Council. Meeting in November. A motion was made by Ed~3ie °honea, seconded by .7o Rex to, amend the motion to continue Itam D. until such ti~z7e.thatthe..Planning. and Zoning Commission has rendered i s-recommendation to`the -Council and seta public hearing. E~ Crdinance 91.20 _ Marano Animal Control A' emotion was made. by Doug Mostyrr seconced by .7o Rex and carried unanimously to approve Ordinance 91.20 - Martina Animal Control. Fem. Town Ha11/Marana Police Department Security Improvements Bd'Ca11 A motion was made by Eddie 'r-ionea , seconded by E1wi n Clifton to hire Buzz' Aht-endt to do tf~e construction of security areas for the .Police Department and Tvwn Nall's reception area.
