HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2006-135 final plat for sonoran preserve on the bajada MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-135 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT FOR SONORAN PRESERVE ON THE BAJADA, LOTS 1 - 29. WHEREAS, LV Properties and Western Continental Ltd c/o Sears Financial, the owners of Sonoran Preserve on the Bajada, have applied for approval of a final plat for 29 single-family detached homes on 33.6 acres comprising lots 1 through 29, Common Areas "A" (Private Streets) and "B" (Open Space), and is generally located at the southeast comer of Moore Road and Camino De Oeste in a portion of Section 31, Township 11 South, Range 13 East; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on September 5, 2006, has determined that the Sonoran Preserve on the Bajada final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that Sonoran Preserve on the Bajada final plat, a 29-lot residential subdivision generally located at the southeast comer of Moore Road and Camino De Oeste in a portion of Section 31, Township 11 South, Range 13 East, is hereby approved.
