Project Name Tiffany Loop Drainage Project Status /Details: • There was an unanticipated conflict with the AT &T fiber optics lines that is going to cause a delay on this project; in an effort to minimize additional costs due to the delay, the contractor will de- mobilize until the conflict is resolved. • Businesses located in the "Bowtie Area" have been kept notified of the ongoing construction activities as accommodations are made jointly by the Town and SunWestern to minimize the impact of the project upon their operations. Project Name Kiosk signs Project Status /Details: • The first of the Town's way finding signs are anticipated to be installed by the end of next week. • The signs will be placed at Arizona Pavillions Road and Cortaro Road and at Ari- zona Pavillions Road and The Pines. • These signs were designed to help guide motorists toward developing neighbor- hoods in the Town of Marana. Commerce - Community Building - Recreation - Progress and Innovation - Heritage a° ..Construction Activity . a 01aNaa ......... .........ax00ax............aaaI Proiect Name MOC Project Update Project Status /Details: • A majority of the work at the MOC has been completed. • The Police Department has been moved out of the modular units and in to the east end of the MOC building. • The Water Department has been relocated to the west end of the MOC building. • Public Works will be relocating to the modular unit to the west of the MOC park- ing lot. • It is anticipated that all relocations will be complete by March 1. • Once the move is complete, Breanne will schedule tours of the building for any interested Councilmembers. Derfus will begin to meet and discuss how to work together to combat this problem to ensure that the shopping areas look pristine and attractive to shoppers and new businesses.
