HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2012-097 relating to development preliminary plat for Gladden FarmsMARANA RESOLUTI4N NO, 2012-097 RELATiNG TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLADDEN FAR.MS BLOCKS 2b & 30 LOTS 1-218, BL(�CK A& COMMOiV AREAS: "A-1""A-11" AND "B-1""B-16" WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council approved and adopted the Gladden Farms II Specific Plan on Mazch 7, 2006 by Qrdinance 2006.03, and approved the amendment to the Specific Plan on December 20, 2006 by Ordinance 2006.35 and approved a final block plat for Gladden Farms Blocks 26-43 on May 16, 2007 by Resolution 2007-75; and WHEREAS, Forest City I.and Group, has applied for approval of a prelinainary plat for Gladden Farms Blocks 26 & 30 consisting of 68.9 acres, including Lots 1-218, Block A and Common Areas: "A-1' ="A-11" and "B-1 "-"B-16", and generally located appro�mately a quarter mile east of Lon Adams Road and south of Moore Road; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at its regular meeting on December 4, 2012, determined that the preliminary plat for Gladden Farms Blocks 26 & 30 should be appro�ed. NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Councii of the Town of Mazana, Arizana, that the preliminary plat for Gladden Farms Blocks 26 & 30, Lots 1-218, Block A and Common Areas: "A-1' ="A-11" and "B-1' =`B-16", is hereby approved.
