MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-177
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLADDEN FARMS BLOCKS 22 & 24.
WHEREAS, on December 4, 2001, the Town of Marana adopted Resolution No. 2001-
155, approving the final block plat for Gladden Farms, Book 55 Page 60; and
WHEREAS, Gladden Forest L.L.C., the owner of Gladden Farms Blocks 22 & 24, has
applied for approval of a preliminary plat for a 118-lot single-family home subdivision on 29.39
acres, including lots 1 through 118 and common areas "A-l"-"A-15", "B-l"-"B-4" and "C-l"-
"C-2", and is generally located east of Lon Adams Road and north of Tangerine Farms Road,
within a portion of Section 34 , Township 11 South, Range 11 East; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council, at their regular meeting on November 7, 2006,
determined that the Gladden Farms Blocks 22 & 24 preliminary plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Gladden Farms Blocks 22 & 24 preliminary plat is hereby approved with
the following condition:
1. The Improvement Plans shall show a rip rap blanket thickness of two times the
median rip rap size for all channels and drainage structures as directed by Town of
Marana Public Works staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 7th day of November, 2006.
