It is needed to convey storm water from the east side of Tiffany Loop to the Santa Cruz River, because the construction of the Twin Peaks T.I. and Tiffany Loop has resulted in an increased potential for flooding of the business- es located on that roadway. • The project started in the Fall of 2011 but had to be halted in early 2012 be- cause of the discovery of an AT&T fiber optic ductbank within the Tiffany Loop right-of-way that conflicted with storm drain piping to be constructed across the road. At that point, a significant portion of the project had been completed, namely the construction of storm drain piping draining to the river and the reconstruc- tion of a CMID irrigation water main impacted by the project. The project is being completed by the Town for ADOT.
