RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR CASA SEVILLA
LOTS 1 -48, COMMON AREAS "A ", "B", "C" AND "D"
WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council approved and adopted the Casa Sevilla
Specific Plan on May 17, 2005 by Ordinance 2005.13, and subsequently approved and adopted a
Specific Plan Amendment on September 3, 2013 by Ordinance 2013.021; and
WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council approved the preliminary plat for Casa Sevilla
on November 5, 2013 by Resolution 2013 -098; and
WHEREAS Pulte Home Corporation has applied for approval of a final plat for Casa
Sevilla consisting of 34.68 acres, including Lots 1 -48, and Common Areas "A" (open
space /drainage), `B" (sewer access), "C" (natural undisturbed open space) and "D" (signs) and
generally located on the southwest corner of Tangerine Road and Camino de Oeste; and
WHEREAS the Town Council finds that the final plat meets all applicable requirements
and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the final plat for Casa Sevilla, Lots 1 -48, Common Areas "A" (open
space /drainage), `B" (sewer access), "C" (natural undisturbed open space) and "D" (signs) is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 6"' day of May, 2014.
