Recommendations: Strong presence at Town events I. 5 Personal visits to businesses •- - � s� =.�.,� � ,� ma y. �� ,� _ .. Social media outreach Based on the previous d iscussion at the f irst meeting, are there any additional items you would recommend be shared with the Destination Marketing Organization when developing the asset inventory? Bird watching World class dining Activities in the parks How can Marana better establish itself as a distinct entity within, but still part of, the Tucson Reg ion? Recommendations: Identify the Town as the "gateway to Southern Arizona" • Highlight accessibility Lifestyle • Features to visit in the area Create a slogan that embodies this specific branding effort What else can be done to enhance the 1-1 O/Marana exit and to support the Chamber of Commerce /Visitor's Center? How should the Center's resources /message be expanded?
