MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-209
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PLAT
FOR SAGUARO SPRINGS BLOCK 8B.
WHEREAS, Saguaro Reserve, LLC, the owner of Saguaro Springs Block 8B, has applied
for approval of a final plat for 269 single-family detached homes on 68.57 acres, including lots
131 through 399, Common Areas "A" and "B", and is generally located at the northeast comer of
Saguaro Peaks Boulevard and Twin Peaks Road, in a portion of Section 18, Range 12 East,
Township 12 South and in a portion of Section 19, Range 12 East, Township 12 South; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on December 19, 2006, has
determined that the Saguaro Springs Block 8B final plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that Saguaro Springs Block 8b final plat, a 269-lot residential subdivision
within the Saguaro Springs Block Plat and generally located at the northeast comer of Saguaro
Peaks Boulevard and Twin Peaks Road, in a portion of Section 18, Range 12 East, Township 12
South and in a portion of Section 19, Range 12 East, Township 12 South, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 19th day of December, 2006.'" ....,
