RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR GOLDEN BARREL
PLACE AT DOVE MOUNTAIN, LOTS 1-172 AND BLOCK "I" (FUTURE
DEVELOPMENT) AND COMMON AREAS "A" (PRIVATE STREETS) AND 44B" (OPEN
SPACE/DRAINAGE)
WHEREAS the amended Dove Mountain Specific Plan was approved b the 'I"own
Council on Jul 16, 2002, as Ordinance 2002.13 and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Baker & Associates En Inc. representin the
propert owners, has applied for approval of a final plat for Golden Barrel Place at Dove
Mountain Final Plat, which consists of Lots I throu 172 and Block "I", Common Areas "A"
and "B", on 75.8 acres, and g enerall y located six miles north of Tan Road on the south
side of Dove Mountain Boulevard, within Section 21, Township I I South and Ran 12 East
and
WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their re meetin on June 17, 2014, determined
that the Golden Barrel Place at Dove Mountain Final Plat, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Ma and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the Golden Barrel Place at Dove Mountain Final Plat, Lots 1172 and
Block "I" (Future Development and Common Areas "A" ( Private Streets and "B" ( Open
Space/Draina is hereb approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED b the Ma and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 17th da of June, 2014.
