The information is organized in sections based on the Town's General Plan: LAND MANAGEMENT: How Marana plans to use the land and where the Town expects growth. BUILT ENVIRONMENT: Man -made structures built on the land. It is used to describe all structures, facilities and other physical infrastructure, and includes urban and rural development, telecommunications, utility networks, transportation systems, and sewer treatment and conveyance systems. needs are addressed equally and includes public safety, parks and recreation, economic vitality and community involvement. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Provides guidance in managing Marana's renewable and non - renewable resources. Elements include open space and trails, cultural resources, water resources and energy. PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY: Marana values its citizens, businesses and visitors and strives to create a high quality of life. The application uses the phone's GPS feature to accurately identify the location of concern and allows Town employees to update citizens on the status of their issue. It is bad enough that they are parked facing the wrong way, and on the sidewalk making kids and adults go onto the street, but at nighttime it is more dangerous because you can not see the red reflectors in the back of vehicles if M they are parked facing the wrong way. I know there is a town code addressing this. This not an HOA issue. We would like to see this area cleaned up of all the tires and garbage that is currently littering the property. Some fires have been started here also. Could code enforcement be notified and this property checked for owner cleanup? It is at Cochise Canyon and Stonepipe not the part that is being worked on but across the street.
