The information is organized in sections based on the Town's General Plan: LAND MANAGEMENT: How Marana plans to use the land and where the Town expects growth. BUILT ENVIRONMENT: Man -made structures built on the land. It is used to describe all structures, facilities and other physical infrastructure, and includes urban and rural development, telecommunications, utility networks, transportation systems, and sewer treatment and conveyance systems. needs are addressed equally and includes public safety, parks and recreation, economic vitality and community involvement. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Provides guidance in managing Marana's renewable and non - renewable resources. Elements include open space and trails, cultural resources, water resources and energy. PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY: Marana values its citizens, businesses and visitors and strives to create a high quality of life. The application uses the phone's GPS feature to accurately identify the location of concern and allows Town employees to update citizens on the status of their issue. HOA was informed that property is owned by a private owner who has been given months to clean up. Still not done. This is a brushfire danger to the many houses that are directly backed up to this dessert pit of debris. Stop sign on corner is not facing street (cars) it is facing toward house on coner and is not visible by oncoming cars... Along with trees obstructing the view to the left AND right. Street sign not installed correctly. Trip hazard The stop sign on Polished Flute and Smooth Pumice St. is bent into a direction that drivers don't see and blow through the stop. called the police this morning and made a report. Construction in this area started at 4:55 a.m. and this has been an ongoing problem. Both this street and Brown Ware. This is ridiculous. The noise level at the hour is insane. Dropping of pipes, yelling and banging. The noise did not cease after a call to police. This happens every day. I know they can start at 6 but before that is way too early. Please regularly check these areas or talk with whomever to get this to stop. Missing road sign Under bridge Street sign bent Bike lanes again so filled with debris they are unusable. Debris has now carried into intersections as well. The roadway after the turn from westbound AV road to NB Sanders is in very poor repair. The road surface is fairly rough. In addition there is a lot of debris which poses a safety hazard for motorcycles and bicycles as they turn The landscaping on the south side of San Lucas Park is very overgrown and creates a great hiding place for wild animals and pests. Also the bushes on the north side of the park along the entrance have not been taken up and lots of dead debris is under them. There is also a growing rodent problem.
