RELA TO DEVELOPM APPROVING A RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR
OASIS HILLS 11 SUBDIVISION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS Oasis Hills 11 is a 9.89 acre subdivision located east of Twin Peaks Road.
and south of Oasis Road, containin lots I - 40, and common area 'A' and is recorded in the
Pima Count Recorder's Office at map book 63, pa 15 and
WHEREAS the Town has an Assurance A with Fidelit National Title A
an Arizona corporation, as trustee under Trust No. 60425, and Richmond American Homes of
Arizona, Inc., an Arizona corporation, as subdivider, recorded in the Pima Count Recorder's
Office at se no. 20131230035, assurin the completion of public improvements for Oasis
Hills 11 and
WHEREAS the subdivider has completed the public improvements to Town standards in
accordance with the Assurance A for Oasis Hills 11 and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Ma and Council of the Town of

Marana as -I' llows:
Section 1. The Assurance A for Oasis Hills 11 is hereb released.
Section 2. The Town accepts for maintenance, a potable water s includin 1412 linear feet
of potable water line, appurtenances, valves, and fire h for the above referenced pro
with an estimated value of $113,374.
Section3. The Town accepts for maintenance, includin maintenance of re traffic
control, street si and approximatel 0.22 ii-iiles of the followin paved streets as shown on
Exhibit A:
• Jena Ra Place
• Bandelier Court
