Lots will be minimum of 6,000 sq. ft. to waive requirement of on-site community pool facility. Gladden Farms Blocks 14 & 15 Preliminary Plat TRANSPORTATION Two entries off of Tangerine Farms Rd. Identified as Streets ā€œAā€ and ā€œDā€ on plat. Active Rec Area PARK REQUIREMENT & TRAILS Active recreation area located at northwest corner of site between lots 14 & 15. Trails will be along back providing connectivity to Heritage Park and Gladden Farms Community Park. Trail Areas Proposed Splash Pad (NTS) Gladden Farms Blocks 14 & 15 Preliminary Plat NEIGHBORHOOD DESIGN PLAN Per the Residential Design Standards, a neighborhood design plan (NDP), intended to regulate subdivision aesthetics, needs to be submitted with preliminary plat. Gladden Farms Designs Standards document administratively approved by Planning Director in 2004 has served as the NDP for Gladden Farms throughout entire development & will serve as NDP for Blocks 14 & 15.
