Hein, Town Manager SUBJECT: Discussion/Direction: Complaints generated about activity at Sportspark DISCUSSION: A number of complaints have been received by the Town Clerk's office regarding an event held at Sportspark. Apparently, the event was held August 14 and 15 from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. The complaints generally have dealt with the issue of noise. The complaints have been from Marana residents as well as non - Marana residents living within a 1 to 10- mile range from Sportspark. The Mayor has requested that the agenda for tonight's meeting be amended to include a discussion of this issue. Representatives from Sportspark and Pima County Parks and Recreation have been invited to attend this meeting. Town staff from various departments will also be present.
