HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2007-007 amended final plat for tangerine crossing MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2007-07 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR TANGERINE CROSSING. WHEREAS, on February 7,2006 the Town of Marana adopted Resolution No. 2006-26, approving the final plat for Tangerine Crossing, Lots 1-347, Blocks 1-5 and Common Areas, Book 60 Page 87. WHEREAS, Fidelity National Title Agency, Inc., is the Trustee of Lots 258-264 of Tangerine Crossing, Lots 1-347, Blocks 1-5 and Common Areas, and Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc. as Beneficiary has applied for approval of an amended final plat for the re-subdivision of lots 258-264 on 1.08 acres, generally located at the north east comer of Tangerine and Thomydale Roads, within a portion of Section 32, Township 11 South, and Range 13 East; and WHEREAS, Beneficiary Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc., wishes to re- subdivide seven lots numbered 258 to 264 into five lots numbered 348 to 352 to create a single model home center for the Tangerine Crossing development; and WHEREAS, the Town Council, at their regular meeting on January 16, 2007, determined that the Tangerine Crossing amended final plat should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that Tangerine Crossing amended final plat is hereby approved.
