RELATING TO DEV1 I.OPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAN' FOR DEL WEBB AT
DOVE MOUNTAIN III, LOTS 129 AND 168-234, BLOCKS "I" AND "2" AND COMMON
AREAS "A " (OPEN SPACE/DRAINAGE), "B (RECREATION AREA), "C (OPEN
SPACE/SEWER) AND "D " (OPEN SPACE/DRAINAGE) LOCATED SOUTH OF DOVE
MOUNTAIN BOULEVARD AND WEST OF DEL WEBB TRAIL,
WHEREAS the amended Dove Mountain Specific Plan was approved by the Town
Council on July 16, 2002, by the adoption of Ordinance No. 2002.13; and
WHEREAS the Saguaro Forest at Dove Mountain Final Plat was approved by the Town
Council on November 6, 2007, by the adoption of Resolution No. 2007 -186; and
WHEREAS the Los Saguaros at Dove Mountain Final Plat was approved by the Town
Council on .Tune 5, 2012, as Resolution 2012 -34 and
WHEREAS the Del Webb at Dove Mountain Final Plat was approved by the Town
Council on July 2, 2013, by the adoption of Resolution No. 2013 -066; and
WHEREAS the Del Webb at Dove Mountain Final Plat 11 was approved by the Town
Council on .April 15, 2014, by the adoption of Resolution No. 2014 -035; and
WHEREAS Baker & Associates Engineering, Inc., representing the property owners, has
applied for approval of a final plat for the resubdivision of Block "I" and Lots 124 -129 of Del
Webb at Dove Mountain II and a portion of Section 22, Township I 1 South and Range 12 East,
for Del Webb at Dove Mountain III, consisting of 26 acres, including Lots 129 and 1
Blocks "I" and "2 " and Common Areas "A" (Open Space /Drainage "B" (Recreation Area),
"C " (Open Space /Sewer) and "D (Open Space /Drainage) on 26 acres, and generally located
south of Dove Mountain Boulevard and west of Del Webb Trail, within Section 22, Township I I
South, Range 12 East; and
WHEREAS the Town Council determined at its May 5, 2015 meeting that the final plat
for Del Webb at Dove Mountain II1, Lots 129 and 168-- -234, Blocks "I" and "2 " and Common
Areas "A ", "B "% "C " and "D " 7 " should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, OF THE
TOWN OF MARA.NA, that the final plat for Del Webb at Dove Mountain III, Lots 129 and
168 234, Bl "I" and "2 and Common Areas "A " (Op Sp "B (Recreat
Area "C " (Open Space /Sewer) and "D " (Open Sp ace /Drainage), is hereby approved.
