RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT APPROVING A RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR
CASA SEVILLA AND ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS Casa Sevilla is a 34.68 acre subdivision located north of Tan Road and
west of Camino de Oeste and
WHEREAS the final plat for Casa Sevilla Lots 1-48 and Common Area "A" Open Space/
Draina Common Area "B" Sewer Easement, Common Area "C" Natural Undisturbed Open
Space, and Common Area "D" Si is recorded in the Pima Count Recorder's Office at
Se Number 20141640175 and
WHEREAS the Town has a third part trust assurance a with Landmark Title
Assurance A of Arizona, LLC, under Trust No. 18300-T, recorded in the Pima Count
Recorder's office at Se Number 20141640176 (the "Assurance A assurin the
completion of public improvements for Casa Sevilla subdivision and
WHEREAS the subdivider has completed the public improvements acceptable to Town
standards in accordance with the Assurance A
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Ma and Council of the Town of'
Marana as follows:
Section 1. The Assurance A is hereb released.
Section Z. The Town accepts for maintenance, includin maintenance of re
traffic control and street si for maintenance, approximatel 0.51 miles of the followin paved
streets as shown on the final plat for Casa Sevilla:
• Placita Casa Sevilla
• Placita Casa De Amor
