LOCATED WEST OF HARTMAN LANE AND APPROXIMATLEY ONE QUARTER MILE NORTH OF CORTARO FARMS ROAD WHEREAS the DeAnza Specific Plan was approved b the Town Council on October 7, 2007 b the adoption of Ordinance No. 2007.027 and WHEREAS Presidio En Inc., on behalf of the owners, has applied for approval of a preliminar plat for DeAnza, Lots 1-265, and Common Areas "A". 111311, 11cli � "D", and " located west of Hartman Lane and approximatel one q uarter mile north of Cortaro Farms Road, within Sections 23 and 26, Township 12 South, Ran 12 East and WHEREAS the Marana Ma and Town Council at the re scheduled meetin on April 19, 2016 determined that the preliminar plat for DeAnza, Lots 1-265, and Common Areas "A'1 "B'1 licit 5 "D". and "E" should be approved subject to the final plat showin the reali of the north end of the proposed Joplin Lane to ali with the existin Joplin Lane. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Ma and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the preliminar plat for DeAnza, Lots 1-265, and Common Areas "A", "B11 - licit, "D", and "E" is hereb approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED b the Ma and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 19th da of April, 2016.
