RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOIZ OLDING PISCIOTTA
ESTATES, LOTS 1-4 AND COMMON AREA "A" (PRIVATE STREETS) LOCATED
NORTH OF LAMBERT LANE AND WEST OF CAM INO DE OESTE
WHEREAS, the Ma and Council adopted Marana Ordinance 2006.05 on March 21,
2006, rezonin approximatel 10 acres of land located north of Lambert Lane and west of
Camino de Oeste from 'R-144' (Residential) to 'R-80 (Residential and
WHEREAS, the Ma and Council subse adopted Marana Ordinance 2009.27 on
December 15, 2009, amendin a condition of Ordinance 2006.05 relatin to overall site
disturbance and approvin an increase in site disturbance from 30% of the total site area to 40%
and
WHEREAS, JAS En has applied for approval of a final plat for Oldin Pisciotta
Estates, Lots 1-4 and Common Area "A" (Private Streets located north of Lambert Lane acid
west of Camino de Oeste and
WHEREAS, The Ma and Council, at their re meetin on September 6, 2016,
determined that the Final Plat for Oldin Pisciotta Estates, Lots 1-4 and Common Area "A"
(Private Streets) should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Ma and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the Final Plat for Oldin Pisciotta Estates, Lots 1-4 and Common Area
"A" (Private Streets) is hereb approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED b the Ma and Council of the Town of arami, Arizona,
this 6"' da of Se te ber, 2016.
