RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR DEL WEBB AT
DOVE MOUNTAIN V, LOTS 344 -384 AND COMMON AREAS "A" (PRIVATE STREETS),
"B" (DRAINAGE/OPEN SPACE) AND "C" (LIFT STATION) GENERALLY LOCATED
SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION of RIM TRAIL AND BRIGHT ANGEL TRAIL
WHEREAS the amended Dove Mountain Specific Plan was approved by the Town
Council on July 16, 2002, by the adoption of ordinance No. 2002.013; and
WHEREAS Barer & Associates Engineering, Inc., representing the property owner, has
applied for approval of a final plat for Del Webb at Dove Mountain V, consisting of Lots 344-
3 84 and Common Areas "A" (Private Streets), "B" (Drainage /Open Space) and "C" (Lift Station)
on 15.5 acres, and generally located south of the intersection of Rim Trail and Bright Angel
Trail, within Section 22, Township I I South, Range 12 East; and
WHEREAS the Marana Mayor and Town Council determined at its September 20, 2016
meeting that the final plat for Del Webb at Dove Mountain V, Lots 344-384 and Common Areas
"Al', "B" and "C ", should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
J'OWN OF MARANA, that the final plat for Del .Webb at Dove Mountain V, Lots 344 -384 and
Common Areas "A" (Private Streets), "B" (Drainage /Open Space) and "C" (Lift Station), is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 20th day of September, 2016.
