RECREATION, PUBLIC 'UTILITIES, ROAD MAINTFNANCE & SIGNAGE) AND COMMON AREA k (OPEN SPACE, DRAINAGE, RECREATION, PUBLIC UTILITIES, ROAD MAIN'11NANCE & SIGNAGE). LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD AND SAGUARO HIGHLANDS DRIVE WHEREAS, on February 18, 1997, the Mayor and Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 97-04, approving a rezoning of the site from "C" to "R-6;" and WHEREAS, on April 6, 2004, the Mayor and Town Council adopted, Resolution No. 2001-155., approving the final block plat for Saguaro Springs, Book 58 Page 23; and WHEREAS, on October 18, 20161 the Mayor and Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2016-107, approving a preliminary plat for Saguaro Bloom Block 3; and, WHEREAS, EPS Group, Inc., on behalf of 1). R. Horton, Arizona, has applied for approval of a final plat for a 141-lot single-family residential home subdivision within Block 3 of Saguaro Bloom located at the northeast corner of Twin Peaks Road and Saguaro Highlands Drive-, and WHEREAS. the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on April 18, 2017, determined that the final plat for Saguaro Bloom Block 3 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the final plat for Saguaro Bloom Block 3 Lots 1-141 and Common Areas A and B located at the northeast corner of Twin Peaks Road and Saguaro Highlands Drive is hereby approved. -4 PASSEJ) AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 18th day of.April, 2017.
