RELATING TO DEVELOPM:L:NT; APPROVING A RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR
GLADDEN FARMS BLOCKS 22 & 24 SUBDIVISION AND ACCEPTING PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE

was recorded in the Pima County Recorder's Once on November 8, 2007 ill Book 63 of Maps
and flats at Page 23 (Sequence 20072:170310);and
wIIEREAS the Town has two third party trust substitute assurance agreements (together
referred to as the "Assurance Agreements") assuring the completion of public improvements for
Gladden Farms Blocks 22 & 24; specifically, a third party trust substitute assurance agreement
with Richmond .American domes of Arizona, Inc. ("Richmond .American7) and Fidelity National
Title .Agency, Inc., as Trustee under trust number 60,453, recorded in the Pima County
Recorder's office on June 24, 2016 at Sequence 20161760325; and a third party trust substitute
assurance agreement with Lennar .Arizona, Inc. ("Lennar') and Title SecL ity Agency, LLC, as
Trustee under trust number 2015465, recorded in the Pima County Recorder's office on August.
5, 2016 at Sequence 20162180463; and
WI�-IEREA.S, Richmond American and Lennar have completed the public improvements
for Gladden Farms Blocks 22 & 24 acceptable to Town standards in accordance with the
Assurance Agreements.
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana as follows:
Section 1. The .Assurance .Agreements are hereby released.
Section 2. The Town accepts for maintenance, including maintenance of regulatory
traffic control and street signs, approximately 1.1 miles of the following paved streets as shown
oil the final plat of Gladden Farms Blocks 22 &24:
• Fountain View Drive
• Dawnlight Drive
• Lazy River Drive
Riverton Drive

Section 3. The Town accepts for maintenance the potable water system serving Gladden
Farms Blocks 22 & 24, consisting of approximately 5,780 linear feet of potable water line, water
meters, valves,) fire Hydrants and appurtenances with an esth-nated value of$432,435.
Section 4. The Town accepts for rixtinteiic-Mce the sanitary sewer system serving Gladden
Farms Blocks 22 & 24, consisting of approximately 4,670 linear feet of conveyance system and
appurtenances with an estimated value of$354,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
this 5th day of September, 2017.
