MARAN A RESOLUTION NO. 2007-28
RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE TANGERINE RIDGE LOTS 1-61 AND COMMON
AREAS "A", "B", AND "C".
WHEREAS, Lawyer's Title of Arizona, Inc., an Arizona Corporation, as Trustee under
Trust No. 7772-T, has applied for approval of a preliminary plat for a 61-lot single-family home
subdivision on 116.7 acres, including lots 1 through 61 and common areas "A", "B", and "C",
and is generally located south of Tangerine Road west of Miggity Lane, within a portion of
Section 1, Township 12 South, Range 12 East; and
WHEREAS, the Marana Planning Commission at their regular meeting held on January
31, 2007, and at said meeting voted 6-0 (Clanagan excused) to recommend that the Town
Council approve said preliminary plat;
WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council, at their regular meeting on February 20, 2007,
determined that the Tangerine Ridge preliminary plat should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the Tangerine Ridge preliminary plat is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona,
