RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR THE ESTATES
AT CAMINO DE MANANA, LOTS 1-5 LOCATED EAST OF CAMINO DE MANANA
AND SOUTH OF THE DESERT FALCON LANE ALIGNMENT
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2003, the Mayor and Town Council adopted Marana
Amended Ordinance No. 2002.18, approving a rezoning of approximately 431 acres of
land from Zone F (Hartman Hills Specific Plan) to R-36 (Residential); and
WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018, the Mayor and Town Council adopted
Ordinance No. 2018.017, approving a modification of Condition No. 3 of Marana
Amended Ordinance No. 2002.18, allowing an increase in the maximum site
disturbance from 30% to 40% on the approximately 6.5 acres of land comprising this
plat; and
WHEREAS, Dynamic Civil Designs, LLC, on behalf of property owner Camino
de Manana Investments, LLC, has applied for approval of a final plat for a subdivision
consisting of Lots 1-5; and
WHEREAS the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on
May 7, 2019, determined that the final plat for The Estates at Camino de Manana, Lots
1-5 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA that the final plat for The Estates at Camino de
Manana, Lots 1-5 is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana,
Arizona, this 7th day of May, 2019.
