Option 2•Use and modify Town’s existing regulatory wayfinding sign program•Off-site directional signs permitted on private property•Portable directional signs in right-of-way permitted•Eight signs per subdivision•Six square feet each•30 inches maximum height•Within five miles of subdivision•Must be removed before sundown
Option 3•Use and modify Town’s existing regulatory wayfinding sign program•Off-site directional signs permitted on private property•Directional signs in right-of-way permitted as part of subdivision package•Six square feet, 30”max height•Within distance of subdivision determined as part of package•Allowed at every change of travel direction or at one-mile intervals•Signs for single development or builder must be combined
