HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2020-005 Approving the Cortaro Ranch Phase II Lots 4-6 Final PlatMARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2020-005 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR CORTARO RANCH PHASE II LOTS 4 THROUGH 6 LOCATED NORTH OF CORTARO FARMS ROAD AND WEST OF CERIUS STRAVENUE WHEREAS on September 17, 1996, the Marana Town Council adopted Resolution No. 96-81, approving a final plat for Cortaro Ranch, Lots 1-297 and Common Area "A", located north of Cortaro Farms Road and west of Hartman Lane within a portion of Section 26, Township 12 South and Range 12 East; and WHEREAS on April 3, 2018, the Marana Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2018-028, approving a final plat for Cortaro Ranch Lots 293A through 29413; and WHEREAS on April 2, 2019, the Marana Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2019-023, approving a final plat for Cortaro Ranch Phase II, Lots 1 through 6 and Common Areas "A" and "B", a 6 -lot commercial resubdivision of Lots 163 through 180, Lots 295 through 297, and Common Area "A" of Cortaro Ranch, Lots 1-297 and Common Area "A", and also a resubdivision of Lots 293C and 294B of Cortaro Ranch, Lots 293A through 29413; and WHEREAS on January 21, 2020, the Marana Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2020-005, approving a Final Plat for Cortaro Ranch Phase II Lots 4 through 6, a 3 -lot commercial resubdivision of Lots 4 through 6 of Cortaro Ranch Phase II, Lots 1 through 6 and Common Areas "A" and "B"; and WHEREAS the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on January 21, 2020, determined that Final Plat for Cortaro Ranch Phase II Lots 4 through 6 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA that the Final Plat for Cortaro Ranch Phase II Lots 4 through 6 is hereby approved.
