HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2020-021 Approving the Amended Final Plat for Boulder Bridge Pass III, Lots 1-72, Blk A, Comm A & B MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2020-021 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR BOULDER BRIDGE PASS III AT DOVE MOUNTAIN, LOTS 1-72, BLOCK "A" (FUTURE RESIDENTIAL) AND COMMON AREAS "A" (PRIVATE STREETS) AND "B" (OPEN SPACE/DRAINAGE) LOCATED APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF MILE NORTH OF DOVE MOUNTAIN BOULEVARD AND WEST OF BOULDER BRIDGE PASS WHEREAS the final plat for Dove Mountain Resort was approved by the Town Council on June 19, 2007 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2007-112; and WHEREAS the Final Plat for Boulder Bridge Pass III at Dove Mountain, Lots 1-99, Blocks "1" and "2", and Common Areas "A" and "B" was approved by the Town Council on October 21, 2014 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2014-100; and WHEREAS Baker & Associates Engineering, Inc., representing the property owner, has applied for approval of the Amended Final Plat for Boulder Bridge Pass III at Dove Mountain, Lots 1-72, Block"A" (Future Residential) and Common Areas "A" (Private Streets) and "B" (Open Space / Drainage), located approximately one-half mile north of Dove Mountain Boulevard and west of Boulder Bridge Pass within Section 15 and 16, Township 11 South, Range 12 East; and WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council, at its March 3, 2020 meeting, determined that the Amended Final Plat for Boulder Bridge Pass III at Dove Mountain should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA that the Amended Final Plat for Boulder Bridge Pass III at Dove Mountain, Lots 1-72, Block "A" (Future Residential) and Common Areas "A" (Private Streets) and "B" (Open Space/Drainage) is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, this 3rd day of March, 2020.
