Daily hours of operation shall be 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (was 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
2. 10/28/20 Commission Recommendation NEW CONDITION
Vehicles shall enter the business parking area from the west side of the covered
loading area and exit to the east off Continental Reserve Loop.
3.The Applicant shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Town of Marana codes and
ordinances current at the time of development and with the development standard of the
Villas at Sombrero Peak Specific Plan.
4.Outdoor RV or boat storage, and truck and trailer rentals, shall be prohibited at this facility.
5.Nothing that can be construed as building signage shall be visible through windows on the
south, east, and west sides of the building.
6.All wall and site lighting shall be downward directed and shielded to prevent spillover to
adjacent properties, and shall conform to the approved Lighting Plan.
7.All second floor windows facing south shall be fully opaque, spandrel black glass, except
for the window lighting under the portico in the covered loading drive.
8.All second floor windows facing Continental Reserve Loop shall be fully opaque, spandrel
black glass.
