Leadership Retreat Recap
•In November 2020, the Manager’s Office held a day-away Leadership Retreat, to identify topics of importance and priority.
•Staff was encouraged to speak freely, in an attempt to solicit the most honest and best feedback.
•The overall goal was to identify potential opportunities, weaknesses, barriers, and priorities to help propel the Town’s service delivery forward
