HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2021-088 Approving a Final Plat for Quiktrip 1469 Parcel 1, Lots 1-2 MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-088 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR QUIKTRIP 1469 PARCEL 1,LOTS 1-2;LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST INA ROAD AND NORTH STARCOMMERCE WAY WHEREAS, on January 5, 1999, the Mayor and Town Council adopted Resolution No. 99-02, approving the final block plat for the Ina Road Model Home Center, Book 51, Page 85; and WHEREAS, on August 8, 2019, QuikTrip Corporation recorded a minor land division in the Office of the Pima County Recorder at Sequence No.20192210095, creating Parcel 1 of the Ina Road Model Home Center final plat; and WHEREAS QuikTrip Corporation has applied for approval of a final plat for QuikTrip 1469 Parcel 1, Lots 1-2 located at the northeast corner of West Ina Road and North Starcommerce Way; and WHEREAS the Marana Town Council,at the regularly scheduled meeting on June 15, 2021, determined the Final Plat for QuikTrip 1469 Parcel 1, Lots 1-2 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARANA, ARIZONA that the final plat for QuikTrip 1469 Parcel 1,Lots 1-2 is hereby approved.
