Budget
DISCUSSION
The purpose of this item is to provide Mayor and Council an update on the current financial
position ofthe Town as well as provide an overview of the process for the development of the
2007 -08 budget.
Staffwill provide a presentation describing some of the changes to the budgetary process,
discuss current status of major Town revenues and provide a preliminary revenue and
expenditure outlook for 2007-08.
