SUBJECT: Executive session pursuant to A.R.S. ~ 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (6)
for legal advice with the Town Attorney concerning water rights
issues and to consult with and instruct the Town Attorney and the
Town Manager on the Town's position regarding various pending
contract and property acquisition negotiations with the goal of se-
curing additional Town water resources.
DISCUSSION
To be provided in executive session.
RECOMMENDATION
None.
SUGGESTED MOTION
I move that we go into executive session as requested by the Town Attorney.
