RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SIERRA
POINTE, LOT 19 AND A PORTION OF COMMON AREA "A" (PRIVATE STREETS)
AND COMMON AREA "B" (OPEN SPACE/ DRAINAGE) LOCATED ON THE WEST
SIDE OF COACHLINE BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 0.2 MILES NORTH OF
SILVERBELL ROAD
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2021, the Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2021-089,
approving a final plat for Sierra Pointe, Lots 1-27 and Common Areas "A" and "B",
generally located on the west side of Coachline Boulevard approximately 0.2 miles north
of Silverbell Road; and
WHEREAS A.F. Sterling Home Builders, LTD. has applied for approval of the final
plat for Sierra Pointe, Lot 19 and a portion of Common Area "A" and Common Area "B";
and
WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on
January 11, 2022 determined that the Final Plat for Sierra Pointe, Lot 19 and a portion of
Common Area "A" and Common Area "B" should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Marana, Arizona, that the Final Plat for Sierra Pointe, Lot 19 and a portion of Common
Area "A" (Private Streets) and Common Area "B" (Open Space/ Drainage) is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana,
Arizona, this 11th day of January 2022.
