HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2022-003 Approving Final Plat for Desert Cardinal Lots 1-4MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2022-003 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR DESERT CARDINAL LOTS 1-4 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MOORE ROAD APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET WEST OF THORNYDALE ROAD WHEREAS on August 5, 1997, the Town Council adopted Ordinance 97.24, annexing and approving the rezoning of certain property, including the property that is the subject of this plat; and WHEREAS Ordinance 97.24 rezoned the property that is the subject of this plat from Pima County zones "Rural Homestead (RH)" and "Suburban Ranch (SR)" to Marana zone "Residential, Minimum Lot Size 144,000 Square Feet (R-144)"; and WHEREAS Oracle Engineering Group, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, has applied for approval of a final plat for Desert Cardinal Lots 1-4, located on the north side of Moore Road approximately 450 feet west of Thornydale Road; and WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council, at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 11, 2022, determined that the final plat for Desert Cardinal Lots 1-4 should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the final plat for Desert Cardinal Lots 1-4 is hereby approved.
