PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
Planning Commission recommended approval of The Crossroads at Gladden Specific Plan with an
added condition to ensure a transition in building heights is achieved from Clark Farms Boulevard
and the residential uses in Gladden Farms II to the west.
Condition #21 reads:
“Building heights in the Rezoning Area must be graduated,from lower heights to higher
heights from west to east,from Clark Farms Boulevard east to Interstate 10.”
Suggested Revision:
“Building heights in the Transitional (TR)and Commercial (C)land use designations
require a minimum 1:1 ratio of building height to building setback from the Clark Farms
Boulevard right-of-way.”
