RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL BLOCK PLAT FOR SAN
LUCIANO TOWNHOMES LOT 1 AND LOT 2 (NON-BUILDABLE LOT) LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF OLDFATHER ROAD AND
GILBERT STREET
WHEREAS Pima County approved a plat entitled Oldfather Townhomes, Lots 1
Thru 31,Common Areas A and B,recorded in the Pima County Recorder's Office at Book
35, Page 80 on November 29, 1982, which subdivided a parcel of land, including the
property that is the subject of this plat (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, on April 15, 1997, the Mayor and Town Council adopted Ordinance
97.10, annexing and approving the rezoning of the Property; and
WHEREAS Ordinance 97.10 rezoned the Property from Pima County zone
"Multiple Residence (CR-5)" to Marana zone "Multi-family Medium/High Density
(MR-2)"; and
WHEREAS Kimley-Horn and Associates, representing the Property owner, has
applied for approval of a final block plat for the Property entitled San Luciano
Townhomes Lot 1 and Lot 2 (Non-Buildable Lot); and
WHEREAS the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on
June 7, 2022, determined that the final block plat for San Luciano Townhomes Lot 1 and
Lot 2 (Non-Buildable Lot) should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town
of Marana, Arizona, that the final block plat for San Luciano Townhomes Lot 1 and Lot 2
(Non-Buildable Lot), located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Oldfather
Road and Gilbert Street is hereby approved.
