•New Land Use Concept that supports the Ranch House vision.
•Increase in the maximum number of residential units (4.2 RAC) that may be
constructed with the Specific Plan.
•Detached products, along with the attached products, to be built on 3,500
square-foot lots within the MHDR designation.
•Number of 3,500 square-foot lots limited to 12% of total number of lots.
•Can add condition that minimum lot width for 3500 sq ft detached be 45 feet.
•Multi-family residential uses designed as single-family/townhomes permitted
within the Commercial designation.
