Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Marana
Town Council and to the general public that the Town Council will hold a meeting open
to the public beginning on March 13, 2023, at or after 3:00 PM, and continuing through
Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at approximately 3:00 PM, traveling from Marana to
Litchfield Park, AZ, for hotel accommodations and Council Working Group Sessions.
Notice is also given of a possibility of a quorum of Marana Town Council members
during transportation to and from locations during the retreat and meals throughout the
retreat.
Persons who wish to attend the meeting/retreat must contact the Town Clerk at (520)
382-1999 as early as possible, and no later than 24 hours before the meeting, to make
appropriate arrangements. Persons attending the meeting/retreat will be responsible
for their own transportation, meals, and accomodations.
ACTION MAY BE TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM LISTED ON THIS
AGENDA. Revisions to the agenda can occur up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

This Notice and Agenda Posted no later than Friday, March 10, 2023, 5:00 PM, at the
Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, the Marana Operations
Center, 5100 W. Ina Road, and at www.maranaaz.gov on the Town Clerk page under
Agendas, Minutes and Recent Actions.
