What happens if we don’t build it? 48 Moore Rd TI –Project Information •Dialogue has been held with ADOT and they are supportive of the project –no funding availability. •The Town has submitted for a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) discretionary grant for Planning. •Design Concept Report •Design •Approximately $7M •Estimated total cost is $60M
