The Town has contacted Pima County to discuss this issue. •This project improves traffic safety on Ina by removing 1 access point near the intersection and converting the second access to an exit only •Are apartments appropriate here? •Response: •Apartments have always been allowed on these properties under the previous NC Neighborhood Commercial and current VC Village Commercial Zones PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING SUMMARY QUESTIONS?
