SECTION 1. Figure 19 (Parks Capital Improvement Plan – January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2032) of the
2022 Parks IIP, as previously amended, is hereby amended as follows (with the “Original Allocation”
being those set forth in the 2022 Parks IIP, as previously amended, and the “Amended Allocation” being
those set forth pursuant to this resolution):

SECTION 2. The transfer of up to $693,302.00 in budgeted expense authority to the Santa Cruz Shared Use Path
at Cal Portland Project (PK023) line item within the impact fee fund from the following line items: $240,000.00
from the El Rio Disk Golf Project (PK031), $253,302.00 from the Gladden Farms Baseball Fields Project (PK033),
and $200,000.00 from the Twin Peaks Road Rattlesnake Pass Project (ST073) in the fiscal year 2023-2024
budget is hereby approved.

Resolution No. 2023-106 - If approved, the following actions will occur:
Cal Portland SUP project:
This project will go out to Bid next month in November 2023, project dollars will immediately become
available. Construction would start early in the 2024 calendar year.
Honea Park:
These construction dollars become available July 1st. We expect to have a permitted set of plans in the
Spring, will advertise this project for Construction Bids in June. Construction starting in Summer 2024
El Rio Disc Golf Course:
These dollars will be available on July 1st, and will go out to Bid for Construction during this summer
2023, Construction starting after Monsoon season.
Staff’s recommendation is to approve – Resolution No. 2023-106
