HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2024-011 Approving a Final Plat for Gladden Farms, Blocks 43A and43B MARANA RESOLUTION NO. 2024-011 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT; APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR GLADDEN FARMS, BLOCKS 43A AND 43B, LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE W TANGERINE ROAD AND W CLARK FARMS BOULEVARD INTERSECTION. WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council adopted Ordinance No. 2018-006, on March 6, 2018, approving amendments to the Gladden Farms II Specific Plan; and WHEREAS,the Mayor and Council approved Resolution 2018-036,on April 17,2018, for the Amended Final Block Plat for Gladden Farms Blocks 28, 21-34, 37, 38,42 and 43; and WHEREAS, Baker & Assoc. Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Fidelity National Title- Trust 60540, has applied for approval of a final plat for Gladden Farms, Blocks 43A and 43B, a resubdivision of Block 43 of the amended final plat for Gladden Farms, Blocks 28, 31-34, 37, 38, 42 and 43, recorded at Sequence No. 20181100137, except the portion of Block 43 resubdivided per the final plat for Gladden Farms, Block 38B, Sequence No. 20221750090, and Parcel "B," as shown in the record of survey recorded at Sequence No. 20173560112, located northwest of the W Tangerine Road and W Clark Farms Boulevard intersection; and WHEREAS, the Marana Town Council, at the regularly scheduled meeting on February 6, 2024, determined that the final plat for Gladden Farms, Blocks 43A and 43B should be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Marana, Arizona, that the final plat for Gladden Farms, Blocks 43A and 43B is hereby approved.
