Background
• Ordinance No. 2021.016 — Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021.016 on
August 17, 2021, approving a rezoning of the Silverbell Ridge subdivision.
• Rezoning Condition No. 4 -
"The Property Owners shall design and construct a continuous left -turn lane along the
entire frontage of the Rezoning Area. The design shall be subject to approval by the
Town Engineer."
• Modification Request — Install left -turn lanes for northbound traffic on Silverbell Rd
for both entrances into the Rezoning Area and bike lanes based on Pima County
Conservation Lands directly to the east and large tracts of Common Area "A" (NUOS)
abutting Silverbell Rd in front of the proposed subdivision.
