Large areas of underutilized space, in addition to a lack of standardization of internal spaces has created a highly inefficient use of space. Potential Solution: Remodel this entire facility to optimize use of space, which will also give an opportunity to rework the HVAC throughout. DDFDG fiat SOLUTIONS Marana Operations Complex Many buildings that vary in age and condition. All have some ADA and quality deficiencies that need to be addressed. Existing building layout is highly inefficient for the site and will create issues for any expansion plans. Site is not large enough to meet the I 0-year needs of all departments currently located here. (Public Works, Police Department, Parks and Recreation) Potential Solution: Relocate and build new full Public Works facility at a new location. 0!:)FDG 77 fnt SOLUTIONS Water Operations Complex Buildings that vary in condition from fair condition to end of useful life. Building D is a trailer and too small to accommodate staff needs. Records and other storage on site are in a series of Conex boxes, which are in fair condition but not an ideal storage solutions for the contents. Potential Solution: Demo existing building D (trailer) and build new 5,000 SF WOC field office to accommodate staff j`' needs. 0!:)FDG fiat SOLUTIONS Wastewater Reclamation Facility New `barn' facility is recently constructed and in good condition. The two trailer -based office and lab spaces are at the end of their useful life and not large enough to accommodate staff needs Potential Solution: Demo existing office and lab spaces and build new facility with shop and lab. 0!:)FDG fiat SOLUTIONS Other Facilities Reviewed Visitor Center Senior Center / Community Center Police Facility 0!:)FDG ffYL N5 COUNCIL DIRECTION DDRX I I I fm soLunoNs I NEW MOC LOCATION FOR PUBLICWORKS Potential Location (Airport adjacent) Potential Location (Existing MOC on Ina) DDFDG fml s"UMNs What is the best location for the MOC to be located for Public Works?
